Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Resonext at app.resonext.com. By creating an account, you agree to them. In short: your content stays yours, you pay only for the plan you choose, and nothing is published until you approve it.
Who we are
Resonext provides the service. You can write to us at hello@resonext.com.
Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, so keep your inbox safe: it is the key to your workspace. You must be at least 16. If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
The free trial
A new account gets free credits to try Resonext, once per person. Videos made on the trial carry a small Resonext mark. Making several accounts to collect more trial credits is not allowed, and we may close such accounts. You can ask us for more trial credits in the app; we decide case by case.
Plans and credits
Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices include VAT, and a plan renews until you cancel it. Each month your credits go back to the plan's allowance; unused credits do not carry over and have no cash value. AI and voice work costs credits, at the rates the app shows before you use them. We tell you at least 30 days before a change to prices or rates, which then applies from your next billing period.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time under Manage billing. The plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Because the service starts as soon as you subscribe and the credits can be used at once, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or you were charged by mistake. If something went wrong, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
Your content
What you upload and make in Resonext stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and publish it for you, with the providers listed in the privacy notice. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including music, footage, voices and faces, and for what you publish.
Synthetic voices and generated pictures
AI can get things wrong, so check scripts, translations and pictures before you approve them. Do not use the synthetic voice or generated pictures to imitate a real person without their consent, or to mislead people. Label AI-generated content where a platform or the law asks you to.
What is not allowed
Using Resonext for anything illegal, for spam, hate or harassment; infringing other people's rights; trying to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, the trial's included; or reselling access without our agreement. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do.
Publishing on other platforms
When you connect a social account, Resonext publishes only what you approve, when you choose. Each platform's own rules apply to what you post there. Platforms can change or stop their services, so we cannot promise that a platform accepts every post.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Resonext running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and it may change or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of finished videos. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Closing your account
You can stop at any time, and ask us at hello@resonext.com to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why when we can.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. We tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before a change that matters to you takes effect. Spanish law applies, without taking away the protection that the law of the country you live in gives you as a consumer.
